Terms of Use

Effective date: November 2, 2026.

These terms apply when you use Pantera Fitness's app and website (the "Cabinet"). Pantera Fitness provides the programs, coaching and content. Innatur LLC provides the Cabinet's technology on Pantera Fitness's behalf and is not a party to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Health and safety

The programs and coaching are general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Talk to a physician before you start a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort, and train within your limits. To the extent the law allows, you take part at your own risk.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases in the iOS and Android apps are made through Apple or Google and follow their terms. You manage and cancel those subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account, and those stores handle refunds under their policies. Where the Cabinet offers card payment on the website, Stripe processes it; you can stop a website subscription's renewal in the Cabinet at any time, and Pantera Fitness handles refunds for website purchases. The price and what is included are shown before you buy.

Content

Programs, videos and texts belong to Pantera Fitness or its licensors; you may use them for your own training only. What you send in check-ins stays yours, and you allow Pantera Fitness to use it to provide your coaching.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Cabinet: no unlawful, harmful or abusive content, and no attempts to reach other people's information or to disrupt the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Cabinet and delete your account at any time in Profile. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: first cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription there, or stop a website subscription's renewal in the Cabinet. Pantera Fitness may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Cabinet is provided "as is", and Pantera Fitness is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact

Pantera Fitness may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Pantera Fitness is established, without taking away consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions: fitnessqa-owner+pantera@innaturllc.com.
