Privacy Policy

Pantera Fitness ("we", "us") runs this app and website (the "Cabinet") for its members. This policy explains what information we collect about you, why we use it and the choices you have. Pantera Fitness decides how your information is used. Innatur LLC provides the Cabinet's technology on our behalf and handles your information only on our instructions.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and the name you give us. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and is never stored in readable form.
- Training records: the programs you follow and the workouts you start, finish or save.
- Check-ins: the messages, photos and videos you send to your coach, and the replies.
- Purchases: when you buy in the iOS or Android app, Apple or Google processes the payment and tells us what you bought. Where the Cabinet offers card payment on the website, Stripe processes it and tells us the result. We never receive your full card details.
- Technical data: sign-in sessions, device type and service logs needed to keep the Cabinet secure and working.
Why we use it
- To provide your account, programs, coaching and purchases.
- To keep the Cabinet secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping purchase records.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Health information
Check-ins, photos and training records can reveal information about your health or fitness. You decide what to send. We use it only to provide your coaching, and you can delete it by deleting your account.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that run the Cabinet for us, under contracts that limit how they may use it: Innatur LLC, which provides the Cabinet's technology, and through it hosting (Render), database and sign-in (Supabase), private file and video storage and delivery (Cloudflare), email delivery, in-app purchase management (Apple, Google and Superwall) and, where the Cabinet offers card payment, payment processing (Stripe). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Our providers store your information mainly in the United States. If you live elsewhere, your information is transferred there with the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can download your data or delete your account at any time in Profile. Purchase records we must keep by law are kept for the period it requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information, to object to or restrict some uses, and to withdraw a consent you gave. To make a request, contact us: fitnessqa-owner+pantera@innaturllc.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
The Cabinet is not intended for children under 16 or the minimum age where you live, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the Cabinet about significant changes.
